The deck is about 5 years old. Oddly, the mold showed up suddenly in the aftermath of Hurricane Wilma in the Florida Keys. We came down to check the house(it is a vacation home) and were stunned by the black spots all over the deck. At first we thought it was tree sap from the wind. Corte-Clean made a huge difference and our deck looks great again. Thanks for everything.
