Payment for on-line orders may be made by Discover, MasterCard, Visa or American Express credit or debit cards. Charges are incurred at the time the order is placed. You will see the charge for your order on your statement with our company name; Corte LLC.

Your order may arrive in more than one package. Delivers generally take up to 5 business days. Orders ship from California, see FedEx Ground map for further info.  Taxes are not charged by Corte LLC if shipped outside CA. Tracking #’s are provided automatically with every shipment via e-mail when orders are shipped.

Pickups are made at our warehouse generally Monday-Friday, between 10AM – 2PM PST. Orders placed prior to 11:00AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) generally ship the same day, excluding holidays and weekends.

Damaged Shipments

The consumer must email Corte LLC within 24hrs of the delivery to make a claim for damaged items. Items damaged by the shipping company must be reported to Corte LLC. Damaged items should not be physically returned to Corte LLC unless the company requests it. Proof of damage must be supplied in the form of a digital photo emailed to Corte LLC so Corte LLC can file a claim with the shipping company to recover related costs.

Corte LLC apologizes for any damage caused by the shipper, however, once they take possession of your shipment, it is their responsibility to deliver it in the same condition in which they picked it up from Corte LLC. Corte LLC Does Not Profit From Shipping or Handling.

While Corte LLC makes every effort to make sure that every Corte*Clean® shipment is properly packed and shipped, Corte LLC cannot be held responsible for damage caused by the shipper, especially when noted by the shipper. Damaged shipments should be immediately documented via a digital camera and reported to Corte LLC.


Corte LLC DOES NOT accept returns. Please make sure you wish to purchase Corte Clean before placing an order. Do not order more than what you will be used within a year. Make sure you have thoroughly reviewed its websites before placing an order. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to this policy.

Refused Orders

All orders shipped and refused by the customer are the customer’s responsibility, including return freight. This includes any fees by the shipper for the refusal of the delivery of the refused shipment if not returned to Corte LLC. Product ordered and refused will not be refunded.

Disputed Credit Card Policy

If paying by credit card and consumer disputes claim for no fault of Corte L.L.C., Corte L.L.C. will add a $50 charge-back fee when reprocessing the credit card. The fee is to cover lost time by Corte L.L.C. and any fees by the processing bank.

Sales Tax

Appropriate sales tax will be charged on taxable items and shipping charges, when these products are shipped to an address in the state of California.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled until they are shipped. A $25 cancellation fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
