Hi- I live in a traditional new urban design neighborhood, and my neighbors and I might just be one of your biggest fans this Spring. I am very pleased with the product, but on our grey Tendura decking, the mildew stains (which is the reason I researched and purchased the product) are gone, and wet the boards look awesome. M.
